REFUND POLICY

Returns on steel are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective, otherwise we don't accept them. Two of the biggest reasons are:

  • Once someone gets hold of Damascus designs and holders, they can steal and/or reproduce the patterns.
  • A person cannot reproduce our product without holding one. Due to this, once you purchase an item, you own it once you have paid for it. Because of our great customer service, we have stayed in business for decades.

DSKK Blades stands behind all its products with pride. The following return and exchange policies will help you if you are returning or exchanging a product.

Return & Exchange

Returns and refunds on Leather products are welcome: 

  • You can request a refund or an exchange for a new item within 14 days of receiving a defective item.
  • When you receive the wrong item, it must be returned in original and unused condition in its original packaging.
  • A change of mind does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • Due to a size issue, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. All product pages include a size guide, which you should check before ordering.
  • Returns are only permitted if the item has not been used or damaged. Once a product has been opened and used, we cannot accept returns.
  • Refunds are not available for shipping charges.

 You should carefully read all descriptions before bidding. There is a possibility that the item you receive will differ from the description, although we have taken every precaution to ensure that the correct item is shipped out. Please contact us immediately if such a situation arises so we can correct it. Our business depends on your satisfaction.

 Refunds will only be issued if the returned items are in a saleable condition. The return process can be initiated by following these steps:

  • Your original order number should be available.
  • Email us at info@dskkblade.com for 24/7 customer service 
  • A return/refund approval email will be sent to you once your order is approved.
  • If you wish to return an item, you will have to pay for shipping costs. No refunds are available for shipping costs. We will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund if you receive one.
  • We do not accept returns or refunds on custom & personalized orders. Custom orders require full payment.
  • Items that are discounted or on sale cannot be refunded.

Damages and issues 

We will be happy to assist you if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong item is sent, so please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
