Return & Exchange Policy

The DSKK Blade offers lifetime warranties on all of its products. We will replace your item for free if it has a manufacturing defect. You can make the arrangements by contacting Customer Service.

We only cover manufacturing defects under our warranty. DSKK Blade is not responsible for items lost after delivery, misused, neglected, or damaged through normal wear and tear.

All DSKK Blade's products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Below you will find our return and exchange policies.

Return & Exchange

  • Within 30 days of its shipping date, we will refund any product you are not satisfied with. For a full refund, returns must be in saleable condition. 
  • You must return the item in its original and unused condition, as well as in its original box and packaging, if you received the wrong item.
  • A change of mind does not qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • For Size Issues, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. Size guides are attached to each product page for your reference.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Once a product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned.
  • It is not possible to refund any paid shipping charges.

Look at all descriptions before bidding. It is possible to receive items that differ from the description, even though every effort has been made to ensure that you receive the correct item. Please contact us immediately if this occurs so we can fix it. We value your business and your satisfaction.

 To receive a full refund, returned items must be in saleable condition. Please follow these steps to begin the return process:

  1. Have your original order number ready.
  2. Send an email to info@dskkblade.com to reach our customer service team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 
  3. Your order will be emailed when it has been approved for return/refund.
  4. Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. There is no refund for shipping costs. Upon receiving a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  5. We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom and personalized (engraved) items. Custom orders require full payment.
  6. Sale & Discounted items cannot be refunded.

Damages And Issues

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
